The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has refused to share its 12 digit number with Internet or social media or any other challenge. UIDAI has said this after the challenge of publicizing and harming the telecom regulator's publicity and disadvantage. After Sharma's challenge, many personal information related to him on social media was shared and he was trolled.
UIDAI said in a statement, "Such things are unnecessary and should be avoided as it is not in accordance with law." R. R., Head of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) s. Sharma, on Saturday, made his challenge public, challenging that someone should tell him how he can harm him by knowing the number. Some of them later claimed on Twitter that they got Sharma's bank account number and e-mail. However Sharma denied it and said it wrong.
UIDAI said that people should not put the Aadhaar number on public and social media publicly and neither should any other challenge should be taken about it. The Authority also said that the use of base of any other basis on the basis of base or any other purpose will be considered fraud and criminal proceedings under the provisions of the Aadhaar Act and the Indian Penal Code will be considered. If a person does this or incites others to do so, then legal action will be taken against him. That's why people should stay away from such things.
